Department of Punjabi GDC Sidhra organized a lecture on “What is Culture in contemporary perspective” on 09-11-2023. Dr. Baljinder Nasrali Associate Professor, Dept. of Punjabi, University of Delhi, was the resource person of the program. The program began with a formal welcome address by worthy Principal Dr. B.B. Anand. The resource person emphasized the significance of Culture in contemporary era. He highlighted the relevance of culture reflects the identity of an individual. He laid an emphasis on culture as a means of enhancing our quality of life and overall well-being for both individuals and communities on the wheel. The lecture was very informative and enlightening for the students as well as the faculty members of the college. At last vote of thanks was presented by Prof. Pooja Sharma, HOD of Dogri. The event was successfully conducted under the able guidance of worthy Principal of the College Dr.B.B Anand. The Program was organized and coordinated by Dr. Satbir Kour, HOD of Punjabi .
