Govt. Degree College Sidhra Organized Series Of Activities To Observe ‘WORLD AIDS Day’

Red Ribbon Club, Govt. Degree College Sidhra organized series of activities to observe ‘WORLD AIDS Day’ under the agies of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav. The activities for the same were held under the supervision of Dr. Satbir Kour, Nodal Officer Red Ribbon Club. Poster Making Competition was organized on the theme ‘Let Communities Lead’. The volunteers from various semester participated in the activity. The students displayed their artistic talent and creativity by means of highly thematic posters. The participants were adjudged by Prof. Harpreet Kour, HOD Political Science and Dr. Mussarat Chowdhary, HOD Economics. The first position was bagged by Harmeet Singh from B.Com Sem 3rd, Second position was bagged by Zaida Kousar from B.A. Sem 3rd and third position was bagged by Taniya from B.Com Sem 3rd. The event was successfully conducted under the able guidance of worthy Principal of the College Dr. B.B Anand.
