SEMINAR ON FLAGSHIP SCHEMES OF GOVT. OF INDIA IN CONNECTION WITH VIKSIT BHARAT@2047

In continuation of ongoing activities on the theme “ViksitBharat@2047”, a seminar was organized in which students were sensitized about the flagship programmes of Govt. of India.
Program began with the introduction of Flagship schemes by Dr. Anshu Gupta. She explained at length the objective of flagship programs, their importance and various flagship programs of Govt. of India were also discussed.
Seminar included a mix of lectures, video screening, case studies followed by interaction with the participants. Discussion involved various flagship programs of Govt. of India that are benefitting the rural populations. Dr. Anu Sharma discussed the role of these flagship programs in building developed India i.e Viksit Bharat and motivated the students to present their ideas on the same lines.
Program facilitated exchange of ideas and opinions and how these schemes are playing significant roles in uplifting the lives of the Indian populace.
Students also shared their experiences and the benefits they have received with the help of these flagship schemes.
In the end, students were again explained the idea and key points put forth by Honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji on the theme ‘Viksit Bharat’. In addition to the seminar, students were asked to register themselves on the Viksit Bharat portal and submit their ideas to make India a developed nation by 2047. Many students registered themselves on the Viksit Bharat @2047 portal and many of them submitted their ideas also.
Session was organized by Dr. Anshu Gupta, HoD EVS and Dr. Anu Sharma, HoD Botany under able guidance of Principal of the College, Dr. B.B Anand.
