Department of Sports GDC, Sidhra
Mr. Pankaj Kumar, a student of Government Degree College Sidhra, has won a
Gold Medal in the 90 K.G weightlifting category in Inter-Collegiate Weight lifting
tournament held at University of Jammu w.e.f 16-12-2024 to 17-12-2024.
Additionally, he has been selected for the North Zone Inter University Tournament
held at Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar on 10/01/2025. And he also won
Gold Medal in UT Level Open Weightlifting Competition held at Indoor Sports
Complex, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu on 17-03-2025. This is a big achievement of our
college and it shows his dedication and skill in sports.
